Free home & yard pest inspections
Heard something in the attic? Getting bit but can’t find what’s biting? We’ll come out, walk the house and yard, show you what we find and tell you what it’d cost to fix. The inspection is free.
What we inspect
Inside where you’ve seen activity, around the outside of the house, the attic, the garage and the yard. We’re looking for what’s there now, how it’s getting in, and anything like moisture or gaps that’ll cause a problem later.
How it works
Call, text or send the form and we’ll set a time. It usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. We’ll show you what we find as we go and take photos of anything you can’t get to.
What to expect
A straight answer and a written quote with prices on it. If you don’t need treatment, we’ll tell you that too. No pressure either way.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. No fee. We give you a quote and you decide.
Do I need to be home?
For yard stuff, not necessarily. For anything inside or in the attic, yes, and it helps if you can show us where you’ve seen it.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within a couple of days, sometimes same day. Call or text and we’ll find a time.
