Lawn care built for North Texas grass
Clay soil, hundred-degree summers and weeds every spring. Our fertilization and weed-control rounds are timed to how Bermuda and St. Augustine grow here in Collin County.

What we do
Fertilizer matched to your grass type, pre-emergent before the weeds sprout, post-emergent for the ones that got through, and advice on watering and mowing height if you want it.
How it works
Pre-emergent goes down in late winter and again in fall. We feed through the growing season and knock down weeds as they show up. You don’t have to remember any of it. We’ll be there.
What to expect
A thicker lawn that crowds weeds out on its own and fewer bare patches. Most of our lawn customers have us do fire ants or mosquitoes too, so it’s one truck for the whole yard.
Common Questions
Lawn Maintenance FAQs
When should lawn treatments start?
The late-winter pre-emergent is the big one, before spring weeds sprout. But you can start any time and we’ll build the schedule from wherever your lawn is.
Do you mow?
The programs on this page are fertilization and weed control. If you need mowing, ask when you call and we’ll tell you what we can do.
Can you fix a lawn full of weeds?
Yes. It takes a season. Post-emergent knocks down what’s there, and feeding thickens the grass so the weeds have nowhere to come back to.
